These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Manryo WhatsApp Business Platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business. The Service is intended for businesses and developers, not consumers.

Violations may result in your WABA being rate-limited, restricted, or banned by Meta. We will pass through any restrictions applied by Meta but are not responsible for them.
You pay for the messages you send, priced per delivered template message, plus any monthly subscription. Rates are visible at manryo.com/#pricing. Non-template messages (text, media) sent during an open 24-hour customer service window are free.
Per-message rates are based on Meta's published conversation rates. We do not add markup. Volume tiers are applied monthly based on aggregate usage across your workspaces.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance for subscriptions, plus at month-end for usage. Payment is due net-14. Past due balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Pay-as-you-go usage charges are non-refundable once the message has been delivered.
Messages sent during a 24-hour customer service window (after a user messages you) are free. Messages sent within 72 hours of a user clicking a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are also free. We automatically detect and skip billing for these windows.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You may terminate at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days (except data we are legally required to retain, e.g., tax records).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and in-product banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction]. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the courts of [your city/country].
